Pursuant to that Credit Line Deed of Trust executed by Mack A. Cubbage in favor of Mark N. Reed and Nancy M. Reed, Trustees, dated February 18, 2005 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia as Instrument No. 200500000729, default having been made in the payment of the debt therein secured, and at the direction of the holder of the indebtedness therein described, the undersigned Sole acting Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Page County Circuit Court Courthouse located at 116 South Court Street, Luray, Virginia on June 27, 2008 at 12:15 P.M. the following real estate:

All those three (3) certain lots or parcels of land with all improvements thereon situate in Marksville Magisterial District of Page County, Virginia, and being more particularly described according to a survey made by Michelle Biller, L.S., dated March 22, 2005 duly of record in said Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 200500001477 as Parcel 1A containing 0.805 acres, Parcel 2A, containing 1.515 acres (erroneously as containing 2.318 acres), and Parcel 2B containing 0.803 acres, and being the same real estate which was conveyed to Mack A. Cubbage by deed of David M. Foster et al, by deed recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book #550, at page 296.  Reference is also made to a Declaration of Boundary Division dated April 5. 2005, recorded in said Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 200500001477.
