By registering for online or live auctions by Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc., you agree to be bound by the following terms and rules. If you bid, you are legally bound by these terms:

  1. A 10% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases.

  2. All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is where-is, without any expressed or implied warranties. There are no contingencies to the time of purchase of any items. The auctioneer has the right to accept or deny any bids at any point for any reason. All items are sold upon seller confirmation.

  3. Please be aware that most items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, or other blemishes.

  4. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item's condition is not an official grading of its condition.

  5. We strongly suggest that you attend the scheduled preview to examine the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.It is the buyer responsibility to certify information provided & inspect the property being sold.

  6. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase and pay for that item if you are the high bidder. Please do not bid if you cannot pay. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.

  7. We respect your privacy, and we will not release your personal information to anyone outside of our organization without your permission or consent.

  8. A registration authorization of $50 is required for bidders prior to bidding, and it will be authorized on your credit card. This is NOT a charge from the auction company, and it will be held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time they hold authorizations. If you make no purchases, you will have no charges against your account.

  9. Preview is highly recommended so that you may discern the quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.

  10. You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.

  11. The online auction typically closes two items per minute (some may differ depending on the auction), and the closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional one minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the item's closing time, thus allowing another bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. This process will continue until no other bids are received.

  12. For firearm purchases, all state and federal gun laws apply, and all guns purchased must be picked up at BLACKDOG SPORTING GOODS.   13. If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last two minutes of the item's scheduled closing time.

  14. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Buyer's premium varies and will be assessed per auction and noted in the terms. It will be added to each purchase. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Online Auction payment can be made with a credit or debit card with the card registered online. A 4% Convenience fee will be assessed at the time of processing. For live auctions, payment will be cash, credit, good check, or wire transfer. Bad checks will incur a $100 fee and instant revocation of bidding rights at any further auctions.If no payment or contact is made within 24 hrs, credit card on file will be charged.

  15. Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review, and a $50 reactivation fee for a suspended account will be required.Declined credit/debit cards or bounced checks will result in a $50 fee per occurrence.

  16. Registration is a legal and binding agreement to accept responsibility for payment. Deviation from this agreement can make you subject to legal action and fees.

  17. Live sales -Announcements made live and on-site take precedence over any and all previously made announcements & guarantees. Online Bidders understand that they may miss these announcements by bidding online and will still be held liable for payments if announcements were made live and the item was purchased online.

  18. Vehicle & Equipment sales-All vehicles and equipment are assumed to be transferred with clean and clear title unless otherwise stated. All vehicles and equipment are sold as-is where-is!! Majority of Equipment is used daily by the seller(s) and all equipment is subject to changes in hours and condition by sale day. Significant changes will be announced on sale day.
