Before you attempt to bid on any Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. online or live auction. Be sure to read these terms over carefully.

By registering for our auctions you are considered to be entering into a legally binding contract. Once you bid, you will be bound legally by the following terms and rules that are hereby stated:

12.5% BUYER'S PREMIUM

• All Items All Sales are Final All Items Sold As-Is Where-Is, No Warranties Implied or Expressed

• Keep in mind that most items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.

• Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly, call our auction coordinator, or come to preview days set up, to look over items you wish to bid on.

• Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. strongly suggests bidders attend the scheduled preview to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.

• A bid is a binding agreement to purchase and pay for that item if you are the high bidder. Please do NOT bid if you cannot pay. All bids are final - bids cannot be retracted.

• We respect your privacy. We will not release your personal information to anyone outside of our organization without your permission or consent.

Registration Authorization:

• A registration authorization is required for first-time bidders prior to bidding and will be authorized on your credit card. The $50.00 is held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time that they hold authorizations. This is NOT a charge from the auction company and is similar to putting down a credit card to hold a hotel reservation.

• If you do not make any purchases, you will have no charges against your account.

• This authorization is separate from your purchases and will not be applied to your final payment as it is ONLY authorized and not charged to your account.

Preview:

• Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspect items prior to bidding.

• Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the items.

• Preview is highly recommended so that you may discern the quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.

• Unless specifically noted in the description, it is safe to assume the items have not been tested. You are welcome and encouraged to test any item during the scheduled preview times.

Bidding:

• You must be registered to place a bid on an item.

• By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.

• ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.

Staggered Closing:

• The Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. online auction typically closes two items per minute (Some may differ Depending on the Auction). Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. This feature will close the bidding in intervals.

Soft Closing:

• The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional one minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the item’s closing time, thus allowing another bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. This process will continue until no other bids are received.

  YOU MAY PICK UP GUNS after passing a background check and paying the $17 background check fee. by 12 NOON THEN YOU CAN CALL AND SET UP PICK UP. ***

Bid Notification:

• If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last minute minutes of the item’s scheduled closing time.

• To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the “My Items” feature. Items that you are the “high bidder” or have been outbid on will be clearly marked.

Winning Bidder Notification:

• You will be contacted by email or Phone Call with an invoice listing any items you have won.

• Payment:

• Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Buyer’s premium varies & will be assessed per auction and noted in the terms. It will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, with a 10% Buyers Premium at check-out you will be charged $110.00 .(4%Convenience Fee if paid with Credit Card).

• Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Online Auction payment can be made with a credit or debit card with the card registered online. 4% Convenience fee will be assessed at the time of processing.

• Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Live auctions payment will be Cash, Credit, Good Check or Wire Transfer. Bad Checks Will be a $100 Fee & Instant revocation of bidding rights at any further auctions.

• Payment to Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. A $50.00 reactivation fee of a suspended account will be required. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review.

• Registration is a legal and binding agreement to accept responsibility for payment. Deviation from this agreement can make you subject to legal action and fees.

• If items are not picked up by the scheduled pick-up time, your credit card will be charged for your purchase(s) promptly upon scheduled pick-up time ending + a $10 storage fee.

Abandoned Items/Delinquent Accounts:

• The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, purchased items not paid for and/or removed within the specified timeframe.

Pick-up Instructions:

• Bidders are responsible for removing their own items. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.

• Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid receipt in hand.

• Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Staff cannot assist with loading due to insurance liabilities.

• If you are unable to make the pickup time due to unforeseen circumstances, please call Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. 434-821-5263 (Office) to arrange alternate pick up. We can make special arrangements (for a fee) in most cases Call ( Auction Coordinator-Rich Henderson 570-301-7830 if any questions or concerns). Items MUST be paid in full to qualify for storage.

• If items are not picked up at scheduled pick-up time a $10 non-negotiable and non-refundable fee will be added to your final bill. If items are not picked up within 5 business days after scheduled pickup, items will be forfeited to Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. .

Live Sales:

• Registration is Free, But Must Register with a Valid Driver's License

• Prompt, Day-Of-Sale Removal of All Items
  "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PICK YOUR ITEMS WE WILL HAVE STAFF IN PLACE TO DO SO. YOU WILL PAY THE CASHIER, OUR EMPLOYEE WILL BE HANDED YOUR INVOICE, THEN YOUR ITEMS WILL BE PICKED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASES. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR STAFF."

• All Sales are Final

• All Items Sold As-Is Where-Is, No Warranties Implied or Expressed

• We Accept Cash, Checks, and Credit/Debit Cards (4% Additional Fee on the Use of Credit/Debit Cards)

• All Information Provided is Deemed Reliable and True but is NOT Warranted by the Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller(s).

• Inspection and Certification of Advertised Information and Property Sold is the Sole Responsibility of the Buyer.

• Auctioneer Reserves the Right to Accept/Deny Bids, as well as set Bid Increments

• Announcements Made Auction Day Take Precedence over All Previously Made Announcements or Guarantees

• ***Majority of Equipment is used daily by the seller(s) and all equipment is subject to changes in hours and condition by sale day. Significant changes will be announced on sale day***
